As many of you will already know, the European Co-ed Slowpitch Championships in 2008 will be hosted by Great Britain. This is a competition where the GB team has always fared very well and are the current reigning champions. Southampton University has been chosen as the host venue.

The European Slowpitch Championships will take place from Tuesday, July 8 or Wednesday, July 9 through Saturday, July 12, 2008. Softball players in this country will have the opportunity to witness the pinnacle of Softball in Europe (and hopefully support GB in the final!)

We have 2 ESL players in the current GB squad.
